You are not
starting over.

You are starting from everything you have lived, learned, carried, and survived.

Fire & Grace is for women who want more than another workout calendar. It is a place to rebuild physical strength, steadier habits, and a relationship with yourself you can trust.

This may be for you if…

You have been
strong for everyone.

You feel tired, inconsistent, or disconnected from the body you live in.

You want structure, but rigid plans have made you feel like you are always behind.

You care about health and strength, yet your own needs keep moving to the bottom of the list.

You are ready for meaningful change powered by self-respect, patience, and honesty.

Inside the membership

A whole-person path.

Movement matters. Nutrition matters. The habits underneath them matter. And so does the woman doing the work.

Personal, with clear professional boundaries

Your path begins with where you are.

Your assessment, current needs, obstacles, movement starting point, and identity focus are designed to shape your recommendations.

That does not mean medical diagnosis, therapy, rehabilitation, or a clinical nutrition plan. It means useful fitness and lifestyle guidance that pays attention to the context of your actual life.

Your first week

Arrive before you rush.

Begin with orientation and the intake assessment. Understand your starting point. Familiarize yourself with the member experience. Begin movement, receive initial nutrition guidance, and establish the priorities that matter now.

When you’re ready

Choose your next
useful step.

Start with reflection

Begin with understanding.

The short assessment helps you name what feels most needed now—structure, confidence, consistency, strength, or reconnection.

Taking the assessment does not enroll you or collect payment.

Before you decide
