Your experience, made clear
How
it works.
Begin by understanding where you are. Build from what you need. Move forward with room for real life.
Fire & Grace combines assessment-informed direction, strength and movement, nutrition education, identity work, and an intentional phase journey. The structure supports you while staying flexible.
The Fire & Grace method
Enough structure to move.
Enough grace to stay.
A useful plan knows the difference between direction and pressure. Fire & Grace helps you recognize what matters now, take a meaningful next step, and keep moving through imperfect weeks.
Intake assessment
We begin with what is true today.
Before telling you what to do, Fire & Grace asks where you are, what you need, and what may be making change difficult.
The assessment explores where you feel most disconnected, your primary obstacles, and whether structure, confidence, consistency, strength, or reconnection may be the most useful place to begin.
This is a reflective fitness and lifestyle intake—not a medical or psychological assessment.
A few things we notice
Where do you feel most disconnected?
What keeps getting in the way?
What kind of support would help now?
Welcome back
Your next useful stepPersonalized direction
Your path, gathered in one place.
Personalized guidance keeps assessment information, current needs, and phase progression connected.
The goal is a member experience that brings forward what matters now and respects that every day holds a different capacity.
Daily recommendations
Direction for today.
Not a sentence for the week.
Daily direction offers a useful next step inside a flexible, human schedule.
Recommendations may bring together strength work, daily movement, Grace Flows and mobility, nutrition learning, guided audio, or reflection. The emphasis can change with your current phase and needs.
Flexible Guidance can bend when life does.
Focused You can see what deserves attention now.
Human Missing a day does not send you back to the beginning.
The six Fire & Grace phases
A path with direction.
At your pace.
Each phase carries a different emphasis across identity, movement, and nutrition. Progression is personal, and readiness matters more than speed.
Some material may be available on demand, while other recommendations may reflect the phase you are currently working through. The phases organize support around relevance rather than rank or speed.
