Fire
The decision.
The moment you decide something needs to change. Courage, determination, and the willingness to move forward even when life is difficult.
Founder · writer · woman in midlife
I built Fire & Grace for the woman who has spent years holding everything together— and is ready to find herself inside her own life again.

My story
If you had met me years ago, you probably would have thought I had it all together.
I was building businesses, leading teams, solving problems, taking care of responsibilities, and showing up for the people who needed me. I knew how to take care of a business. I knew how to take care of a family. Somewhere along the way, I stopped asking what I needed.
My energy, confidence, and health felt the cost. The woman in the mirror no longer felt like the woman I knew I could be. At first, I thought the answer was simply losing weight. What I learned was that the work was much bigger than changing my body.
I was trying to reconnect with myself—to rebuild the strength, habits, confidence, and self-trust I had postponed while life kept moving.

The turning point
The work was never only about a quick fix. It was about finding a way back to herself.
I began studying fitness and nutrition, paying attention to the mindset patterns that keep women stuck, and listening to the stories women told over and over. Different lives. The same underlying feeling: we had become so practiced at being useful that we had forgotten how to be ourselves.
That realization became the foundation of Fire & Grace.
Why Fire & Grace exists
There are plenty of workout plans. I wanted to create a place where women could rebuild more than their bodies.
Fire
The moment you decide something needs to change. Courage, determination, and the willingness to move forward even when life is difficult.
Grace
Patience and self-compassion. Knowing you will not do this perfectly—and choosing to keep going without abandoning yourself again.
What I believe
01You can be strong without becoming harder.
02You can challenge yourself without punishing yourself.
03Confidence grows when you learn to trust yourself again.
04You do not need to become someone new. You get to become more you.
05The next part of your life still belongs to you.
Credentials & professional scope
You deserve to know who is guiding you, what that guidance includes, and where another kind of professional belongs in the conversation.
Dani’s background
Dani is the founder of Fire & Grace, a business owner, writer, and fitness enthusiast. Her work is informed by her own midlife experience with weight, strength, self-worth, personal growth, and identity restoration.
What Fire & Grace provides
Fire & Grace can provide fitness training, movement guidance, practical nutrition education, accountability, reflection, community, and personal-development tools.
What it does not replace
Fire & Grace is not therapy or counseling and does not replace medical care, mental health care, injury rehabilitation, or individualized clinical nutrition treatment. Those needs belong with an appropriately licensed professional.
From me to you
I’m still learning, getting stronger, paying attention, and finding new pieces of myself. If you are too, you are welcome here.
