Clear before clever

Good questions
deserve honest answers.

Here’s what to know about the experience, its professional boundaries, and choosing a useful place to begin.

01Is this a workout app?

Fire & Grace is broader than a workout library. Strength training and movement are central, alongside general nutrition education, healthy-habit support, reflection, identity restoration, and community-oriented guidance.

02Is it appropriate for beginners?

Fire & Grace is designed to meet women where they are, including women returning after a long break. Exercise choices should still be matched to your current ability, experience, health, and movement needs.

03Do I need a gym?

Fire & Grace centers strength, mobility, and useful daily movement. Equipment needs vary by the movement or program, and the goal is guidance that can work within real life.

04Is nutrition personalized?

Fire & Grace can provide general nutrition education and guidance shaped around a member’s stated needs and obstacles. It does not provide medical nutrition therapy, diagnose nutrition-related conditions, or replace care from a registered dietitian or physician.

05Does this replace medical care or therapy?

No. Fire & Grace is a fitness, education, habit-support, and personal-development platform. It is not medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.

06How much time will I need?

There is no perfection-driven weekly quota. The time you spend will vary with your recommendations, priorities, and the season of life you are in.

07Can I access every phase?

Some resources may be available on demand, while other recommendations may reflect a member’s current phase and needs. Progression is about relevance, not collecting content.

08How does phase progression work?

Progression is personalized and is not a race. Members may need different amounts of time, revisit earlier ideas, or focus on what is useful in the season they are in.

09What happens after I subscribe?

Your first week centers orientation, assessment, understanding your starting point, learning the member experience, beginning movement, receiving initial nutrition guidance, and establishing priorities.

10Can I cancel?

Review the current cancellation and billing terms presented with enrollment before completing a purchase.

11Is it an app or browser?

Member access is separate from the public website. Use the secure login information provided with your Fire & Grace account.

12Are workouts appropriate for injuries or limitations?

Fire & Grace does not diagnose injuries or provide rehabilitation. If you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, or meaningful movement limitations, consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before beginning or changing exercise. Individual program suitability must be determined with the right professional context.
